		• Simon Henley spoke at the Royal Society of Architects in Wales (RSAW) Conference 2009 at St David’s Hotel, Cardiff Bay (27.11.09). The theme of the conference is “Making the most of space: looking at housing in Wales”

		• Grover Close, Hemel Hempstead achieved Building for Life Silver Standard.
		September 2009
		• Grover Close, Hemel Hempstead awarded Best designed affordable housing scheme, 2009. In this years Affordable Home Ownership awards our 56 unit housing scheme for Hightown & Praetorian churches HA received the award for the overall best designed scheme.
		• £2.45 million Arts & Civic Centre, Goole completed (173-person auditorium, workshop, foyer and café, council chamber / community room and offices)

		• Akerman Road Primary Care Centre published in the Brick Bulletin
